Simon Lambert

Simon Lambert is the director of PointActive, helping companies to improve their performance by increasing the effectiveness of their marketing.  Having studied French at university and taught English in Italy for two years, Simon began his commercial career with Burton’s Biscuits, exporting to their growing European markets.  He then began a career in brand management with Nestle and worked on a host of household-favourite brands, including Nescafe.  During this time he gained experience in both retail consumer and foodservice marketing.  He worked in UK and European-based organisations and ran the chilled culinary business for 3 years as UK Country Manager.  The high street coffee bar explosion took him to Coffee Republic as marketing director and life on the other side of the retail fence.  In addition to managing PointActive Simon has continued to work with Nestle in marketing capability development, and is an associate of Fusion-Learning.
