Robert Walker
Profile
Robert is director of Performance Counts, a
learning and development consultancy specialising in leadership, management and
team development. Previously he had a 16 year career with OCS Group, the
largest privately owned property support services group in the UK, where he was responsible at Group level for the
learning and development function. Other full time roles include operations
management and 6 years lecturing in business management overseas. Robert has a
master’s degree in Manpower Studies, is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Personnel & Development, and a member of the Chartered
Management Institute.
