Maran Waran

Profile

Maran has been working within the Pharmaceutical Industry for 10 years. His skills and knowledge are around Sales and Marketing. He has successfully launched some large and successful brands for the companies. He has been working with cross-functional departments in order to implement brand strategies.  His involvement with Marketing, Commercial, and Account Management has given him the insight into past, present marketing and especially the future of marketing.

He is an expert within Global Sales Organisations by gaining experience through various positions (Sales Manager, Account Manager, Customer Marketing Executive and Brand Lead) in the context of companies, particularly Large and Medium sized companies where the communication between the Sales and Marketing departments have always been a challenge. Maran is a BSc graduate with Clinical Publications (Scientific) and is currently studying the CIM Professional Postgraduate Dipoma in Marketing. Maran lectures Direct Marketing and Sales Promotion on the CAM programme at UCL.
