Nadith is an experienced Business Development Professional and a Management Consultant with more than 15 years at Top and Middle managerial levels. He began his career as a financial advisor and a Management consultant and then moved on to Independent Further and Higher Educational sectors in the UK.

Nadith worked as a lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University, Essex before moving into independent sector. During his tenure he worked at several leading independent educational institutions across the UK as the departmental head in Business and Management faculties.

He holds an MBA (with Distinction) from University of Bradford School of Management, and an MA in Accounting and Finance from Anglia Ruskin University, Essex as well as a BA (Hons) in Business Management (Anglia, Essex). He is also a full member and a qualified Chartered Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Nadith is currently researching for his PhD in Service quality improvement at Anglia Ruskin University.

Nadith is the Chairman and the Owner of NYK Consultants Ltd (management Consultancy Company that specialises in SMEs and Educational Consultancy).

Currently, Nadith is acting as the Departmental Head of the LS Business School – the non marketing SBU of London School of Marketing, that specialises in both Undergraduate and Postgraduate qualifications.

Nadith is a visiting lecturer at London School of Marketing where he specialised in Marketing Planning and Strategic Development, Marketing Performance and Implementation and Strategic Management.
