Ed’s marketing career kicked off with a degree in Marketing at Southampton Institute (now Southampton Solent University).
Ed has over 10 years of marketing experience gained in the Publishing, Financial Services, Mobile Telecommunications and Public Transport sectors. He spent 6 years with Lloyds TSB working in various Marketing roles including campaign management, new product development, product management, project management and customer research before moving to T-Mobile and specialising in Brand Customer Experience.
Ed is now Customer Proposition Manager at Transport for London where he is responsible for the development of London’s Oyster Travelcard.
Ed holds a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and is an enthusiastic strategic marketer and committed to bringing marketing theory to life.
