Dr David Morton

 

David holds a PhD in Change Management and has expertise in creating and delivering HR and talent management programmes, and offering solutions that improve individual and organisational performance. He is currently working on a HR project with a leading FTSE250 Company. He lectures on the LSM Business School’s Masters Programme.

David has previous wide ranging practical experience in delivering innovative leadership development and change management programmes, to a number of public and private sector organisations, including schools across Hertfordshire as a county School Development Advisor. He has extensive leadership, change management and HR experience, particularly as an award winning headteacher of both Secondary and Primary schools. He has worked as a lecturer at London University’s IOE and is the published author of ‘Improving Learning’.
